Vintage Embroidered Short Sleeve Dress Gown

Beautiful dress, but just didn't fit me accurately. I really wanted it to fit because I really liked the beauty and flow of the dress. It was exquisite and I hated to have to return it.

It was shipped and delivered very fast!(4 days total) I like the silhouette, but it's a little snug around my hips, fault of my own probably. It does smell weird out of the package and the smell sticks to whatever it touches. Wash it ASAP, and washign it lets out extra dye that's in the fabric, that could stain skin, clothes, etc. The embroidery is pretty, but there were thread ends poking out of the fabric, simple pulling through the other side and tacking helps. Overall, besides having to wash it to get out smell and dye I really like it.

The dress is beautiful. A little snug, but I can fix it.

I returned it because it gaps under the arms but a smaller size would be too tight across the bust. Additionally, it is not as tapered as it looks in the picture. There isn't much of a waistline and it looks like a muu-muu. I love the design, the color and the material but it isn't at all flattering to my body type.

A bit heavy for me, and a little longer than I wanted. It is a VERY difficult beautiful color, lovely material even if it was a bit heavy and accommodating to a larger chest. Just not going to work for me, and the return process was fine as well. Overall very pleased, and if you are looking for a Kelly green long dress that flows well down to just above your ankles, this one is it. I am 5'5" and 170, and have an hourglass with 36H up top, if that helps your decision.
