Returns + Exchanges

Agan Traders is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return it back to us within 14 days of receiving it. We will refund the purchase price excluding shipping and handling cost. We will not refund shipping charges on products. Items with free shipping will have costs deducted from the product price on return.

What is your return policy?

Return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 14 days of the order shipment date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 14 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit. Made to order items cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned. Our christmas holiday returns are extended for 30 days.

Please fill out a return form & include a packing slip/invoice to prevent delay. Refund can be delayed significantly if you do not include this information. Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days.

How do I exchange a gift?

  1. Fill out the Return + Exchange Form on your packing list and pack it with your items in a securely sealed package. Please indicate that the items were a gift. Don’t forget to save a copy of your order number for your records – you can find it in the upper left-hand corner of your packing list.
  2. Make sure any old labels on your package are removed or obscured and affix your pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label.
  3. That’s it! Now, just drop your package in the mailbox, give it to your postal carrier, schedule a free carrier pickup, or take it to any authorized USPS facility. There is no postage required.

What if my product is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please call us at (952) 767-0714 and we will help you exchange or return the item.

 

I lost my packing slip - what do I do?

If you've lost your packing slip and you are the original purchaser, please send us proof of purchase e.g. Amazon purchase details, and fill out the Returns + Exchange Form. If you need a new pre-paid return label or if you are not the original purchaser, please contact us at (952) 767-0714 for assistance. Please provide either the order number or the name of the purchaser and shipping address so we are able to locate the original order.

 

How do I return my item if I am an international customer?

  1. Fill out your return form on your packing list and place it in a securely sealed shipping container. Don’t forget to save a copy of your order number for your records – you can find it in the upper left-hand corner of your packing list.
