First, let me say that I was not expecting this until the week of the 16th. I ordered it on the 10th and received it on the 12th. Second, I was worried about the fit, but it was perfect.

Full Sleeve is a 3/4 Sleeve

Its a Beautiful garment... and... it's advertised as a full sleeve... which it is not... mostly why I bought it because I was looking for a full sleeve for an October wedding...

Beautiful shirt, I want to wear it all the time!

I love this shirt! I checked the sizing chart before ordering and got a Large to be on the safe side (I have a 38DD bust and wear a size 12/14 usually). It fits loosely - I could probably have gone down to a Medium, but with the tie in the back, its very comfortable as is.
