502 Fleece Lined Thick Cotton Striped Toggle Pouch Warm Hoodie Pullover Jacket

It's hard to find clothing without synthetic fabrics these days, so I was excited to find this website. Unfortunately, the fleece lining on this "100% cotton" jacket is actually polyester, not cotton fleece, I discovered when I received it. I was very disappointed, because I like the style of the outer cotton layer, and the jacket feels very warm.

I emailed immediately after I placed the order, realizing the ambiguity, asking for clarification on whether the fleece was synthetic or natural, and asking for the product not to be shipped to me if the lining is synthetic. Unfortunately, I never received a reply to that email, and the product was shipped regardless.

In my attempts to follow up, I found that the contact form on this website is broken, and that emails sent to info@agantraders.com seem to be ignored - I've sent a follow up email and have still not received a reply, several days later.

Now if I want to return this for a refund, I will have to pay return shipping and send it back within 14 days of purchasing, according to the paper slip included in the package - despite the product description saying "60 Returns. Zero Risk."

I like the idea of supporting businesses directly, but it turns out I could have bought this same product from Agan Traders on Amazon for the same price, with free returns:
